WEB PRODUCER

Responsible for helping manage site product and promotions to
drive revenue, conversion, and channel loyalty to the website(s).
Partners with cross-functional teams to ensure site merchandising needs are
met. Delivers an exceptional customer experience across the site, by
ensuring a strategic balance that optimizes customer experience, a
positive brand experience, relevancy and revenue. The position reports to the
Web Operations Manager.


WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Manage the brand’s marketing calendar of events and
scheduling homepage and email updates.

• Execute website updates as needed – including homepage and
landing page updates and creating new site categories.

• Manage promotion implementation on website to drive sales
volume, acquisition and profitability.

• Act as liaison between Marketing, Planning, Merchant,
Production, and Creative Services Teams as it relates to campaign and
promotion management.

• Coordinate with studio creative and product writing teams on
the status and inventory of SKUs for approval; ensures aged items, MOS
and RTV products, and photos are updated timely and accurately.

• Collaborate with Merchants, Marketing and Creative Services
teams to ensure products featured in email or web assets are properly
merchandised online to optimize sales results.

• Provide quality assurance check on site pages, assists in
site update verifications as needed.

• Monitor the product selection, product cross sells, pricing
and positioning of competitors websites and recommends plans to
improve the competitive position; understands customer needs and
competitors' strategies to promote merchandise.

• Help creating reports on the performance of web categories on
a weekly and monthly basis and makes recommendations for applying
learning to future updates.

• Review customer feedback and analytics and provide reports on
findings.

• Assists Web Production Department in providing support to
team members.


WHAT YOU’LL NEED


• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant is a huge plus

• At least 3 years of experience in E-Commerce merchandising,
project and/or production management.

• Basic coding knowledge (HTML, CSS); you love pop culture and
slang HTML code in your sleep.

• Understanding and familiarity with key web trends, usability
concepts, and best practices.

• Familiarity with content management tools, website analytics
and reporting.

• Outstanding analytical and organizational skills with high
attention to detail.

• Enthusiasm for pop culture!
