Visual Project Coordinator

TTo drive alignment and results, the VPC will work in partnership with the Creative Manager, Creative and Marketing teams to create clear and precise direction to the stores. The VPM must demonstrate strong leadership in driving merchant initiatives and manage the consistent direction communicated to stores. Partner with the Creative manager to drive timely execution of seasonal fashion trends, launches, and new innovative projects. Possess the ability to create strong partnerships with vendors, store planning and visual partners. Able to manage a budget to maximize budget efficiently. 

  *Visual Merchandising: VPM will adapt visual communication to merchant strategy. Directs and ensures implementation of all Visual Merchandising initiatives. Ensures consistent execution by stores and RVM.  Responsible for designing, prototyping, and conceptualizing visual communication. Elevate the visual communication process.    *Developing skills and learning: Oversees development of visual communication, Updates HUB and share files to ensure communication consistency.  Also responsible for follow up and managing vendor relations for timely execution.   *Operations: All communications are filed and sent with project timelines. Support stores on collateral needs and follow up with Visual, Marketing and Creative teams. Track all initiatives in partnership with Marketing and Creative, follows up on project timelines.     Qualifications

*2-4 years Visual Merchandising experience a must. 2-4 year degree preferred Fashion Merchandising or Graphic Design

*Ability to collaborate and develop partnerships across the organization.  Must be able to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment and must deliver innovative merchandise techniques.   *Proficiency in InDesign, Adobe Creative Cloud, Word, Power Point, Excel.
