In collaboration with the store team, the Visual Merchandising Manager supports the operations of the store with an emphasized accountability on creating a visual experience for the customer that is inspiring, dynamic, and unique.

Recruit, mentor, and train talented individuals for advancement within the organization.
⋅ Develop & Coach
Set clear objectives and expectations for delivering an exceptional customer experience by coaching team members on store operations, merchandise placement and standards, visual display, and business analysis.
⋅ Inspire & Motivate
Inspire teams through empowerment, creativity, empathy, and shared fate. Tailor motivation to the individual and leverage the strengths of the team.

Collaborate with store team and key partners to lead timely and effective execution in all areas of store operations and visuals while assuming accountability for the store’s performance and profitability.

Maximize store sales through a strong level of customer service, business and key metric analysis, and utilization of store resources.
⋅ Inspire Independent Thinking
Effectively delegate and guide teams while at the same time allowing others the creativity to succeed by making strategic business decisions.
