• Responsible for the creation/communication of visual directives.
• Maintain merchandising guides, check lists and schematics for Outlet stores, making updates and modifications as necessary.
• Develop clear, consistent, timely, and effective directives on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and seasonal basis based on the needs of the business.
• Plan/create/execute  monthly window and in store presentations/floorsets at a local store.
• Manage communications and requests from the field, fulfilling all requests in a timely manner.
• Oversee visual presentation by conducting store visits and reviewing store photos.
• Compile visual recaps after monthly photo review to communicate successes and opportunities.
• Travel to store openings/renovations as needed.
• Train new and existing field team members on brand standards, and best practices to maximize their business and maintain brand consistency.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with retail partners, MK Corporate and field teams.
• Gather competitive information on sales trends, promotions.
