Ecommerce Operations Manager

Overview

The role of the Ecommerce Operations Analyst will support the daily operational functions and long-term strategic goals of the Ecommerce Operations team.

Responsibilities

  • Help to improve the overall customer experience by collaborating on various projects relating to web development, user experience, IT/systems, operations, logistics & customer service.
  • Identify and track front/back-end web platform issues and work directly with shared services and brand teams to prioritize & resolve them.
  • Support brand teams in the planning and execution for all web-related enhancements (i.e operational emails, web copy & checkout updates).
  • Oversee shipping cutoff timing & communication, free shipping event management & ship restriction updates.
  • Assist in end-to-end system quality assurance and build testing.
  • Assist in operational/logistical planning, reporting and analytics.

Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Deep understanding of technical systems, integrations & processes
  • Ability to prioritize, support and report on multiple project deadlines simultaneously  
  • Highly data-driven, analytical and detail-oriented
  • 2+ years of retail experience
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs
  • Understands fundamental retail business practices

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
