THE NORTH FACE: SOCIAL CONTENT PRODUCER

POSITION SUMMARY

The North Face social media team creates and nurtures stories aimed at fostering authentic connections with consumers all over the world. Our team is responsible for channel management, content creation and collection, reporting and analysis, internal education, and paid social campaigns. The Social Content Producer is responsible for managing the creative production process and delivery for all our custom social content across platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the Social team production budget.
• Source uniquely capable internal and external creative talent.
• Manage all aspects of social project production (budget, sourcing, briefing, feedback).
• Create and manage the Social production calendar.
• Work with Creative Services, Content and DTC teams on sourcing all product and shoot materials.
• Manage all paid social asset and copy production.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• 4+ years of professional content/creative production experience (ideally for social media).
• Strong familiarity with social media platforms.
• Strong working knowledge of video and photography techniques/software.
• Must have a passion for, and understanding of the unique culture of The North Face and outdoor sports.
• Great communicator and team player; sense of humor is a plus.
• Position is based in the Bay Area.
• Creativity and an ability to move quickly.
