The Agency Worx will be exhibiting at the StyleCareers.com Fall Fashion Career Fair in New York.

This is a temp-to-perm role with one of the best companies in the business!

Responsibilities:

- Create pattern repeats and alternate colorways for developed prints

- Redesign and adjust original artwork to create well-balanced designs

- Provide production ready artwork, for both internal and external reference

- Send artwork to mills/vendors

- Collaborate with Design and CAD Design Manager on all colorway and repeat approvals

- Must be passionate, creative, and ready to contribute to new designs

Requirements:

- Proficient in Photoshop/Illustrator

- Experience in kaledo or nedgraphics required

- Effectively manage workflow and consistently meets deadlines

- Bachelor's degree in Textile Design or equivalent

- 2+ years of experience in CAD related work; apparel experience in similar/same market required

- Strong eye for color and layout

- Basic knowledge of print techniques and garment construction

- Creative problem solver, resourceful

- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
