TEXTILE CAD ARTIST / DESIGNER

Job Summary

To aid in providing all divisions in the company with beautiful saleable prints from concept to production.  To assist merchandisers and sales with the tools for presentations.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Creating Color Ways
• Re-designing original prints
• Creating original designs
• Repeats
• Creating markers for borders and engineered prints
• Keeping all art in order by division
• Body mapping
• Presentations and line list
• Trend boards

Qualifications/Requirements

Education: B.A. in Textile Design

Skills:

• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Must be able to assemble of trend and collection presentations
• Must possess CAD skills, drawing, color and eye for layout and balance

We’re looking for recent grads or someone with 1-2 years of experience.
