TEMPORARY OPERATIONS ASSISTANT - Upscale Women’s and Children’s Fashion Company

Our client, an upscale women’s and children’s fashion company, is seeking a temporary Operations Assistant. This person will be responsible for assisting with the company’s shipping and reporting areas. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Commit in providing the most updated information about inbound shipments to the company
• Manage the day to day inventory maintenance, ensuring accuracy and maintenance
• Process re-orders for merchandise and packaging
• Resolve all customer inquiries for the company directed to the corporate office
• Coordinates and routes inbound activities
• Maintain accurate inventory and productivity levels
• Completes additional projects as assigned

Job Requirement:

• 1-2 years of experience in Corporate Operations/Logistics
• Proficient knowledge of Excel
• Interested in Marketing, a plus
• Willingness to assist with sales or production if needed
• Attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills required
