Temporary Brand Ambassador - Tommy Hilfiger

Position Summary: 

The Brand Ambassador will be accountable for driving business by achieving sales goals and supporting the business strategies developed by leadership. It will also be the Brand Ambassador’s responsibility to partner with Store Associates through leading by example and side-by-side selling to promote a sales driven and positive shop environment.

The Brand Ambassador will report directly into the District Manager, Herald Square.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales to Maximize TH Businesses
  • Goal to achieve / exceed TH provided sales plans weekly, monthly, seasonally
  • Review sales data weekly, monthly, seasonally to determine door and product performance, through the understanding of retail math terminology
  • Maintain a clear understanding of the financial goals and product initiatives for covered TH brands
  • Work with direct manager to develop business driving strategies through in store sales contests, creative merchandising, etc.
  • Assist in calling out noticed challenges and opportunities
  • Assist customers within Tommy Hilfiger Shop
  • Partner with Sales Associates to complete customer transactions

 

Qualifications:        

  • 1-3 years retail sales experience
  • High school diploma
  • Outgoing professional with a keen sense of style and fashion
  • Strong Interpersonal / communication skills
  • Strong organization skills
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office and Outlook)
  • Basic retail math skills
