TEMP JR. HR RECRUITER - Fashion Company
General Summary: This position supports the talent management and the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department.
Major Responsibilities:
- Responsible for recruitment, screening, selection and onboarding
- Develop strong relationships with a variety of sources to identify, attract and recruit candidates
- Source candidates and develop a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Identify and place targeted job advertisements and assess effectiveness
- Create job postings and post to a variety of websites
- Update and maintain job descriptions
- Extend offers
- Participate in career fairs
- Assist HR personnel in other duties
- Special projects as needed

Education, Licenses, Certificates, Registrations and/or Experience:
- Bachelors Degree
- 2-3 years' experience in Recruiting. Preferably in a fashion company
- Proficiency in sourcing techniques including social media, print and on-line recruitment
- Experience with Taleo or other similar Applicant Tracking System is required
- Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple assignments and excel in a high volume demanding environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
