TEMP JR. HR RECRUITER - Fashion Company

General Summary: This position supports the talent management and the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for recruitment, screening, selection and onboarding
  • Develop strong relationships with a variety of sources to identify, attract and recruit candidates
  • Source candidates and develop a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Identify and place targeted job advertisements and assess effectiveness
  • Create job postings and post to a variety of websites
  • Update and maintain job descriptions
  • Extend offers
  • Participate in career fairs
  • Assist HR personnel in other duties
  • Special projects as needed

Education, Licenses, Certificates, Registrations and/or Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 2-3 years' experience in Recruiting. Preferably in a fashion company
  • Proficiency in sourcing techniques including social media, print and on-line recruitment
  • Experience with Taleo or other similar Applicant Tracking System is required
  • Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple assignments and excel in a high volume demanding environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
