Talent Management & Organizational Effectiveness Project Coordinator - PVH Corp.

This position supports PVH’s Talent Management and Organizational Effectiveness team in ensuring high quality standards for communication and execution of key TM/OE programs (including Performance Management, Talent Review, and Associate Engagement Survey (PVH Listens)). This position will be responsible for developing and reviewing project deliverables and communications, and coordinating and directing activities of project team participants.  This position interacts with all levels of the organization to ensure (1) that our business and HR partners understand the strategies and details of these programs and (2) that these programs effectively support the overall business.   This position communicates internally with PVH associates at all levels and must do so in a clear, concise, and timely manner with consistent and engaging content – often, communications will necessitate the analysis of talent data (from WorkDay, PVH Listens engagement survey results, and other sources) and this position will prepare reports on that data for PVH senior management. 

Program Administration (Performance Management, Talent Review, PVH Listens)

  • Support the Director of Talent Management and OE in leading the annual performance management process in corporate locations in the U.S., Canada, LatAm, and APAC.  Consult with other divisions (e.g. retail, W&D) and locations (e.g. Europe) to drive PVH towards a more consistent organization approach where feasible
  • Assist as needed on Talent Review, including developing and proofing talent review materials, conducting research in HR systems to incorporate talent information into materials, and producing and assembling materials
  • Assist as needed on PVH Listens, including developing address files and report definitions, reviewing results of surveys with TM/OE & HR management, developing executive summaries and briefings, and preparing materials and reports for associate survey action planning teams
  • Provide other project support to TM&OE as requested
  • Coordinate with L&D team and/or HR partners as learnings are rolled out related to Performance Management
  • Coordinate with HRIS to ensure HR systems (e.g. WorkDay and SuccessFactors/myCAREER) are configured properly to support strategies and key initiatives
  • Escalate technical support requests regarding performance management as needed

Project Planning (Performance Management, Talent Review, PVH Listens)

  • Develop project plans, including building and maintaining proposals, project summaries, timelines, and team management on key TM/OE team initiatives (e.g. Performance Management, Talent Review, PVH Listens)
  • Monitor project progress and deliverables.  Identify and resolve risks that impact timely, accurate project completion.  Report status of projects to Director of Talent Management and OE, and other senior TM/OE leaders
  • Assess resources as necessary to ensure projects are successful and completed on time.  Work closely with IT, HRIS, and PVH Comm teams to ensure same
  • Provide work direction and feedback to all team members and assist in issue resolution
  • Track completion rates of PVH associate deliverables (e.g. learning plans, performance evaluations, goals/priorities, PVH Listens response rates) and other metrics in WorkDay and other systems.  Prepare reports, and send appropriate reminders to HR and/or directly to associates

Communications (Performance Management, Talent Review, PVH Listens)

  • Write, design, develop, maintain, update, and promote various guides, handbooks, e-mail communications, on-line training materials (handouts, videos, etc.,) and presentations for a variety of audiences (new hires, individual contributors, managers) that encapsulate and summarize PVH policies about Performance Management, Development, Talent Review, and PVH Listens Programs relevant to that audience to support the development of engaged talent at PVH
  • Maintain and update master list and calendar of the materials listed in previous bullet for Performance Management, Talent Review, and PVH Listens
  • Customize communications as needed for various global locations
  • Liaison with the PVH Communications team to understand and adhere to PVH communications standards when communicating to PVH audiences
  • Write, fact-check, source images, and post articles for intranet sections (myCAREER, PVH Listens, etc.) relevant to associate audience
  • Draft presentations on OE initiatives for senior executives
  • Provide support to HR and the business in the areas of people metrics and reporting around Performance Management, Talent Management, and PVH Listens
  • Research and present external benchmarks and provide key surveys supporting the HR function
  • Analyze talent data from WorkDay, myCAREER/Success Factors, and PVH Listens for reporting, and create reports as requested using excel and PowerPoint (CSR, Board Presentations, Diversity reporting, etc…)

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:    

Experience:      

  • 2-4 years of working experience in HR or relevant functions; retail or apparel industry experience a plus
  • Minimum of 2 years as a member and/or leader of a project team

     

    Education:        

    College degree preferred, preferably in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Organizational Effectiveness, or related field

Skills:                  

  • Very strong written communication skills
  • Solid oral communication skills
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Strict attention to detail
  • Strong PC skills, preferably including knowledge of talent systems such as SuccessFactors or WorkDay
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Outlook) 
  • Proficient in SharePoint, with experience in maintaining and creating content for company intranet sites
  • Strong aesthetic eye
  • Proven track record leading successful projects
  • Ability to anticipate future problems, inform and recommend preventive course of action
  • Strong interpersonal relation skills; ability to relate to all levels of employees
  • Strong networking capabilities to develop working relationships across PVH needed to complete key tasks/projects
  • Time management and ability to prioritize
  • Adaptability and flexibility; can work in a fast-pace environment
  • Team spirit
  • Strengths in analyzing, synthesizing, and summarizing high volumes of detailed information, creating executive summaries, and relaying resulting decisions and/or changes across multiple platforms
