TALENT COORDINATOR
The position of Talent Coordinator will help facilitate recruitment needs for all divisions including: finding talent, managing the applicant tracking system, scheduling, data maintenance, and learning the full cycle recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
- Source resumes through job boards, internet, social media, referrals, etc.
- Partner with Marketing Department on job postings and creative social media
- Grow an active network of candidates using a variety of recruitment practices
- Assist in a variety of administrative duties, including google docs and Excel files
- Prescreen talent and partner with Recruitment Team
- Manage talent and update files to maintain database integrity within Bullhorn (ATS)
- Act as Project Lead for special projects for freelance
- Manage a heavy calendar of group and individual interviews to build bench strength
- Partner with Marketing Department on job postings and creative social media
Requirements & Attributes:
- 2 or 4 year degree
- Positive attitude, ability to see positive in any situation
- Open to feedback and receptive to change
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Strong and clear writing skills
- True team player
- Passion for making true and valued connections with candidates, clients, and co-workers
- Freelance experience, retail preferred
- Interest in Recruitment
