Job Description

One Jeanswear Group, Inc. is currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to be responsible for the administrative support for the Talent Acquisition Department. This role ensures all key processes and procedures are followed and in place for the successful recruitment through on-boarding process.  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Responsible for administrative support for the Talent Acquisition Department.
  • Scheduling all recruiting events: interview scheduling for recruiters and off site and in house events.
  • Prescreen and source candidates.
  • Communicate and transition new hires with site HR Manager.
  • Assist with the college relations and internship program as necessary.
  • Maintain all job postings on career and college career websites.
  • Prepares weekly recruiting reports and compilation of data from team as well as distribution of information as required.
  • Maintains the applicant tracking system including posting and making any necessary changes to postings and generating reports as needed.
  • Generate offer letters and communication up until the new employee's orientation day.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred with major in Human Resources.
  • Recruiting Internship experience preferred.
  • Prior HR experience is preferred in the retail/fashion industry.
  • Must have strong analytical, Microsoft Office and organizational skills.
  • Must be able to multi-task, prioritize and be detail oriented.
  • Must have excellent communication skills, team oriented and customer service centric.
