TALENT ACQUISITION COORDINATOR, Job 8637

Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for an ongoing temporary assignment at its office in New York City. This person will assist in the acquisition of top talent and manage the recruiting and hiring process for the United States and Canada.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen and interview candidates for the best possible talent
  • Work with HR, Talent Acquisition and Store Manager to identify areas of need
  • Conduct interviews with candidates and manage communication with candidates
  • Manage the Applicant Tracking Systems and all job postings online
  • Coordinate events for recruitment, including finding event locations, managing vendors, designing event, managing invoices, etc.
  • Prepare materials for recruiting events
  • Any other HR projects on an ad hoc basis

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required
  • 1-3 years of experience in Recruitment and Human Resources
  • Previous experience with ATS
  • Proven success in building and keeping client relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to work independently on highly detailed work; ability to multitask without sacrificing accuracy
