Department: Wholesale Support

Location: East Rutherford, NJ

Looking for a process and service oriented analyst that thrives working in a in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.   

Principal Responsibilities:

• Gather data from multiple platforms and synthesize for reporting purposes
• Understand data idiosyncrasies and work around data issues to come up with meaningful reporting
• Create and circulate ‘action required’ reports for Customer Service
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Logistics, and Production to react to delays in merchandise deliveries
• Identify and implement streamlining processes
• Participate in Scorecard testing, own the metrics, and validate the data in business intelligence tool (MicroStrategy) testing
• Develop flow charts
• Support creation of Standard Operating Procedures and Guides
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work early hours to support NY-based team
• Produce Weekly Performance Reporting and develop KPI’s
• Strong power point presentation for weekly Sales & Operations planning meetings

Reporting responsibilities:
 

• % Confirmed on-time (Wholesale)
• % Shipped on-time (Wholesale)
• Allocation vs Start Date Metrics
• DC Processing Metrics
• Customer Service Processing Metrics
• Inbound goods prioritization
• Clean up source systems reports using VBA
• Ad-hoc report requests

Skills & Expertise:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Advanced and strong in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access and be able to use both concurrently to query on data
• Report automation and data extraction using VBA is HIGHLY recommended or must have willing to learn VBA fast
• Order management within an enterprise management system a plus
• Strong understanding of Business processes and how each decision would affect the financial statements
• Strong Analytical and problem solving skills
• Supply Chain experience a plus
• Deadline oriented and ability to manage multiple projects
• Experience in user approval testing a plus
• Proven track record of meeting deadlines and deliver performance under pressure
• Open-minded, process- oriented individual
• Strong written and oral skills
• Positive, high energy individual willing to meet goals
• Detail oriented and process driven individual with strong sense of urgency
• Experience working cross-functionally
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks
• Must be able to come to office on time
