Responsibilities:

The Kate Spade & Company Marketing department is looking to add a temporary member to the Public Relations team for the summer. This position is a fixed assignment from June - September.

Core Responsibilities:

• Support Editorial sample trafficking and sample organization
• Materials compilation (e.g., executive binders for Annual Meeting, QBR, etc.)
• Updating/maintaining press lists (long lead, digital, men’s, regional, etc.)
• Editorial credit monitoring 
• Compile Editorial Calendar for year ahead
• Maintain Communications Calendar
• Support VIP Gifting

Qualifications:

• Strong written and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Strong organizational skills and time management
