STORE MANAGER - Woodbury Commons – Central Valley, NY

Our client, a luxury fashion company, is seeking a Store Manager for their new location at the Woodbury Common Premium Outlets. This role will oversee all operational aspects and sales generation.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Review and analyze boutique sales against budgets and team performance on KPIs to identify opportunities to increase sales
  • Shares information, resources, and experience and follows up on relationships with clients 
  • Creates effective working relationships with people who can advance work goals
  • Promptly and efficiently resolve any customer complaints
  • Understand the boutique, area, and type of customers, and ensure customer service and store and staff presentation are appropriate
  • Partner with HR to recruit and select team members that reflect the culture and values of the brand

 

Job Requirements:

 

  • 5+ years of experience within Woodbury Common Premium Outlets
  • Some experience with acquiring clientele, or driving events in-store
  • Proven managerial experience 
  • Proven communication and organization skills
  • Ability to utilize  feedback to modify and develop alternative solutions and be prepared to make decisions
