STORE MANAGER - South Beverly Drive

The nation’s largest specialty retailer of fashion swimwear is looking for a highly motivated and energetic individual to drive profitable sales and engage a team of sales associates. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in fashion/swimwear, a background in retail, a positive attitude and ability to build and maintain relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Store Manager is charged with managing and driving a profitable store and leading a team of dynamic sales associates while providing customers with extraordinary service.

SALES AND CLIENT SERVICE:

  • Exceed store and personal sales goals weekly, monthly and yearly
  • Achieve store and personal sales goals
  • Uphold and maintain all aspects of the Daily Planner Sales Achievement Program
  • Establish a culture that surpasses customers’ expectations every day
  • Uphold the Non-negotiable Sales standards according to the Selling With Passion Program

MARKETING:

  • Follow all Corporate Marketing directives throughout the year
  • Actively seek local marketing events and opportunities
  • Maintain local marketing relationships with ongoing contacts

OPERATIONS:

  • Schedule effectively in order to maximize sales opportunities
  • Control payroll and achieve payroll goals
  • Regularly use Profit and Loss statements to measure store performance and payroll
  • Uphold and maintain all aspects of E-Source
  • Utilize all training tools to train and develop Store Staff
  • Enforce all cash handling and banking procedures
  • Maximize Store profitability by controlling store expenses

HUMAN RESOURCES:

  • Uphold and maintain all aspects of Staffing Requirements, Staffing Binder and E-Force
  • Ensure that the store is fully staffed at all times while achieve hiring goals
  • Perform progressive discipline in an accurate and consistent manner
  • Ensures weekly and monthly staffing documentation is submitted timely
  • Ensure all new hire documentation is submitted timely
