STORE MANAGER - Brickell City Centre - Luxury Jewelry Brand
Our client, a luxury jewelry brand, is seeking to hire a Store Manager for its location in Miami, FL. This is a permanent position for a fashion forward, experienced, and driven person.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure the highest level of customer service is provided through active sales leadership and client assistance
- Develop a steady stream of clients and work to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Keep track of monthly store performance and competitor performance as well as managing stock take procedure
- Actively work to increase brand awareness and sales through implementation and maintenance of all merchandising directives
- Take daily invoices and keep track of petty cash and other necessary actions to effectively control costs and ensure efficient operation in store
- Manage a positive and professional team environment that promotes trust, integrity and superior performance standards
- Assess the performances of individual staff members in order to create a strong team as well as promote career paths
- Oversee annual review process for all store employees and set annual employee goals
Job Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in luxury retail environment
- 3+ years’ experience of store management
- Prior management experience hiring, managing and motivating a team to achieve revenue targets and deliver exceptional service levels
- Minimum of a Bachelor' s Degree in a related field is preferred
- Ability to analyze selling reports, identify business trends, and react quickly to the needs of the business
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule which will include evenings, weekends and holidays
