Sr Technical Analyst

 

  • Learn and understand different business process and support the development & deployment of reports, dashboards and analytics
  • Create, Design, develop and deliver complex reporting using different analytical tools.
  • Publish critical corporate reports on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to executives across brands and business streams
  • Perform data analysis to find the resolution and relationship and pinpoint issues
  • Follow development life-cycle: Business Requirement, design, development, testing and validation, user-acceptance testing, release and deploy
  • Determine and document the impact of process changes for the process owner.
  • Understand and demonstrate through models how the business processes support business and corporate strategies and objectives.
  • Understand at a high level how implemented applications support business processes under consideration for change.
  • Contribute to the definition, development, implementation and maintenance of the business process improvement methodology to be employed.
  • Perform continuous reviews to align processes with changing business conditions for a given business process or functional area.
  • Document or map business processes targeted for change via approved projects, both current and future state.
  • Working as a team with outsourced managed service model to ensure the SLA and high level of business user satisfaction is achieved

Experience with Merchandising systems and concepts is a plus. Experience with SAP is also a plus.
