Sr. Strategy Analyst - CALVIN KLEIN

The Senior Strategy Analyst supports the Strategy and Business Development team with developing and implementing strategic initiatives for the Calvin Klein North America business. The team works directly with leadership team to grow the business and operate more efficiently.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB: 

  • Support the Strategy and Business Development team and heads of North America Retail, Wholesale and Ecommerce divisions (including Sales, Planning, Supply Chain, Design, Merchandising, Marketing and Finance) to identify business opportunities
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies and recommendations through accurate data gathering, analysis and new process creation
  • Utilize project management skills to foster the implementation of strategic initiatives through close collaboration with business teams
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the North America apparel industry and market trends, competitive dynamics and consumers
  • Foster the development of team members through sharing of knowledge and best practices
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships across multiple teams and functions

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

 

Experience:  

  • 2-4 years’ experience in consulting, finance or other project-based roles
  • Proven ability to think creatively and solve complex problems
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.   

        

Education:   Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field

 

Skills: 

 

  • Rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities
  • Ability to dissect and simplify complex issues and problems
  • Excellent communication, leadership, problem solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to elicit cooperation from senior management and other departments.
  • Advanced Excel and Power Point experience
  • Project Management
  • Meeting Facilitation
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal & written / framing/details/closure
  • Presence and voice
