SR PRODUCTION COORDINATOR - Walmart

• Partner with design and product development team
• Manage the production process with overseas vendors throughout the product and production cycle.   
• Manage pre-production testing, production testing, and final inspection, CTL submissions, lab dip testing, and shade-bands process
• Communicate with vendors daily on all product and production related matters       
• Responsible and accountable for customer compliance approvals such as UPC ticketing/packing accessories/carton marking to ensure accuracy
• Monitor seasonal WIP report and keep track of approval/production/delivery status 
• Track all test and inspection compliance to ensure product standards are met

Qualification and competencies

• Solid production and Walmart experience, outerwear preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, excel, Retail Link
• Organized and detail oriented
• Sense of urgency and priorities
• Team player and strong work ethic
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environments

EDUCATION: 

• Bachelor's Degree
