SR MANAGER SPEED INITIATIVES (Global Supply Chain) - Calvin Klein



The Sr Manager of Speed Initiatives will drive the implementation and execution of speed models by providing leadership to cross functional teams to execute speed strategies. He or she will provide subject matter expertise on global supply chain activities such as sourcing, costing, and supply planning. He or she will also participate in meetings/discussions with Sales & Planning, Demand & Inventory Planning to help develop and implement speed models for the division- core replenishment, read & react, test & chase.


  • Drive speed model implementation and execution across brands, channels and geographies
  • Work with  business teams to understand specific market needs around inventory optimization and  new product introductions
  • Partner with cross functional teams in transitioning product assortments onto replenishment and speed models to reduce inventory risk and quickly respond to customer needs
  • Partner with global supply chain teams/Hubs  to implement speed models
  • Manage delivery/track milestones
  • Manage and own Global Supply Chain related activities such as sourcing, staging of materials, capacity related to Speed programs  
  • Communicate project updates with key stakeholders to ensure visibility throughout the process
  • Develop and monitor tools/process/calendar timelines for speed initiatives
  • Provide necessary training and education to the cross functional teams on the end objectives and methodology of various Speed initiatives
  • Educate, communicate and evaluate KPIs for Speed initiatives with business
  • Document best practices
  • Manage relationships and serve as key point of contact
  • Support the organization in developing new ways of working, adapting our value chain to better meet the needs of the evolving consumer


Experience:             5-7 years of experience preferred

Education:               Bachelor’s Degree; advanced degree a plus
