Job Function:

Business liaison between Merchant strategies and Store execution.  Coordinate information from merchants to communicate on merchandise placement, flows, adjacencies, and planograms in partnership with merchants.  Clearly communicate information for best execution at store level.

Essential Functions:

• Communicate overall merchandise initiatives and strategies on a seasonal basis
• Publish quarterly guidelines and planograms
• Produce Weekly Visual Packet with up to date information and initiatives
• Exceptional verbal, written, high-level presentation and interpersonal skills
• Basic business knowledge and acumen
• Exceptional verbal, written, high-level presentation and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable operating with ambiguity; able to autonomously manage through change calmly
• Able to comfortably and effectively communicate across all levels of the business, with the capability to respectfully challenge authority
