POSITION SUMMARY:

Develop and distribute key internal messaging through various company channels and vehicles to keep associates informed and engaged. Build and execute thorough and creative strategies that ensure larger brand and organizational initiatives are successfully and consistently communicated to associates and key stakeholders. Lead all written content creation for various internal communications mediums including company-wide memos, intranet and monthly newsletter. Maintain communication and alignment with human resources team as well as parent company communications team.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

  • Strong understanding of brand standards to ensure all project deliverables stay “on brand”
  • Lead proactive internal communications strategy and execution related to ongoing company initiatives
  • Manage creation and content of monthly global associate newsletter
  • Manage content creation and execution for intranet posts
  • Liaise with PVH Communications and CKI HR teams for alignment and information transfer
  • Liaise with CKI HR team for internal corporate announcements
  • Serve as point of contact for PVH annual reports and associate communications
  • Writing of executive statements for internal purposes

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:

Minimum 5+ years internal communications experience

 

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in communications related field or equivalent experience

 

Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal skills; positive, energetic and open minded
  • Strong work ethic, and relentless commitment to quality and efficiency
  • Excellent communication, written and verbal
  • Confident and comfortable presentation skills
  • Extraordinary attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to adjust quickly to changes and deliver on tight deadlines
  • Proficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent software packages
  • Passion for the industry and brand
