Sr Financial Analyst, Collection – Calvin Klein

POSITION SUMMARY:

Assist the Director of Finance & Operations Collection  in identifying business objectives, opportunities and managing the financials for the Calvin Klein Collection wholesale business.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

• Prepare annual financial plans and participate in sales forecasting, re-forecasting, development of gross margins, and benchmarking the validation of results.
• Work closely with Director, Cost Accounting and Milan Office Accounting to complete month end close.
• Coordinate accounts receivable credit reviews.
• Assist with the timely follow-up in Accounts Receivable chargeback items and related collection issues.
• Monitor and ensure all divisional expenses are properly budgeted
• I.e. T&E reports, agency fees, temporary help costs, salary budgeting, and various divisional operating and marketing expense budgets.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required

Education: 5 – 7 years’ experience in related position

Skills:

• Strong PC skills required
• Excel, Hyperion and Lawson
