Sr Coordinator, Store Operations (Retail) - CALVIN KLEIN

 

The Sr. Operations Coordinator focuses on managing all aspects of daily operations, operationally driven projects and process improvement initiatives for the field. This role, with guidance from the Senior Manager, Store Operations, conducts in-store diagnostic work, measures workload, analyzes data, and makes efficiency and innovation recommendations. The role prioritizes projects, facilitates cross-functional teams, and assists with implementation and performance management of each new process or practice.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB: 

 

  • Manage daily store operations tasks.
  • Manage in-store operations projects.
  • Track / report project progress and assess risk.
  • Analyze and report baseline vs. improvement productivity results.
  • Create procedure content and direction (SOP).
  • Determine best practices and create process improvements in stores. Develop operational efficiencies.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

 

Experience: 3 – 5 years of experience required. At least 2 years in-store experience or

equivalent required

        

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred

 

Skills: 

 

  • Project Management skills including planning, execution, and follow-up
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work independently in the supervisor’s absence.
  • Able to multi-task projects of various size and scope with a high degree of attention to detail.
