SOCIAL MEDIA & MARKETING DIRECTOR - Luggage Brand

Genius Pack, a leading digitally inspired luggage brand, is seeking to hire a full time social media & marketing director.

SCOPE OF WORK WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Content management / content creation.
• Posting content daily to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest
• Understanding traffic and user behavior
• Measuring online ad performances
• Coordinating with influencers to partner with 
• Increase overall awareness of the brand through social channels as well as other creative avenues
• Positive reviews/praise management on website as well as social channels
• Create engaging social content
• Partner with photographers to shoot still shots & videos
• Devise strategies to grow followers
• Reach out to 15-20 influencers each day with 200k+ followers
• Fancy.com coordination of marketing
• Working with Genius Pack’s current influencer agencies as well as future agencies management
• Partner with brands to grow email list
• Partner with influencers to grow list
• Management of editorial placements and advertisements to our fans (press mentions)
• PR & Editorial coordination
• Email blast content and coordination
• Other tasks and projects that may or may not be directly related to marketing. As a fast growing startup, we ask for all members to be open to work outside of their designated fields when needed.
• Email blast management on Mailchimp
• Management of paid social ads on Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook
• Article content creation for website and “packing tips” section
• Management of positive user comments. Show off “praises” & post to site as well as social accts.
• Photo management and content on site
• Comment management on Yotpo, commenting on user comments.
