SENIOR OPERATIONS MANAGER

We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager 6+ years of experience. 4+ years of management experience. Responsible for budgets, people development and operations for multiple areas of the facility. Will develop and oversee the staffing plans, partner with human resources and department managers. Drive and implement cost reduction strategies, strategic planning, and projects. Build a culture and develop a safe work environment for everyone. ISO 9001:2015 program experience. Excellent organization skills. Six Sigma and lean methodology experience a plus. Manages and solves issues and concerns to create an atmosphere of openness and maintain an informed work force. Ensure continuity of end-to-end processes to meet on-time delivery expectations and customer SLAs. No option for remote work.
