SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
A New York-based men’s and women’s accessories brand seeking a Senior Account Executive. Want this person to be entrepreneurial. *must have strong specialty relationships. 5+ years of experience.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Seasonally, create a Sales Strategy and Projections Report, which will outline strategies and plans for the season, goals for the brand, and the season’s projections in sales figures.
- Seasonally, develop a Sales Budget. This will encompass all overhead and expenses for each season’s upcoming sales. In addition, the budget should include a travel budget, with plans and goals for any trip.
- Work with the Design and Production departments to develop a Pricing and Merchandising Strategy at the start of each development season. This strategy should include selling trends and highlight unit-drivers, and also help to provide star price point goals for each collection.
- Prepare for market organization each season, including listing market dates in relevant trade references, scheduling appointments with buyers, merchandising and managing the maintenance of the showroom, and hosting all appointments.
- Negotiate and confirm each order, including the Payment and Shipping Terms and Conditions of order.
- Account maintenance, store visits, special events and trunk show (planning and execution).
- Collect and analyze retail selling reports from accounts to monitor the health of the business with key stockists, and intervene to boost sales when necessary.
- Create a seasonal Report covering all major events based on market appointments, buyer/store feedback, collected orders, and aggregated selling reports.
Oversee any international sales showrooms, managing this business to be a seamless representation of the brand
