Seasonal Sales Associate

The Donna Karan Company LLC, one of the world's leading fashion design houses, seeks a Seasonal Sales Associate to join the team!

Seasonal Sales Associates will assist with all aspects of Sales Floor and Stock Room activities.  Responsibilities include:

Customer Service:

• Ensure that the highest level of customer service is maintained by properly handling, caring for, packaging and wrapping all purchased merchandise
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the DKNY shopping experience by greeting customers and offering assistance
• Resolve all client issues quickly and effectively, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction
• Manage all points of sale processes.  Understand, abide by and enforce all points of sale policies, procedures and directives ensuring the highest level of customer service.

Sales Stock and Merchandising:

• Assist with receiving, sorting and sensoring all merchandise from shipment boxes to the selling floor
• Assist in ensuring that all merchandise is accurately ticketed, re-ticketed, sensored and re-sensored
• Maintain stock levels on the sales floor
• Assist staff in retrieval of merchandise from stock areas
• Maintain all visual merchandising standards and directives
• Maintain sales floor standards (folding, straightening, etc)
• Maintain stock room organizational standards

• Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred
• Prior experience selling experience in a luxury goods environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
