Summary
CAD/Graphic Designer - Junior Level
Reporting to the Design Director, the CAD/Graphic Designer is responsible for the development of new and creative branding/packaging design solutions for a diverse range of in-house and private label brands in the soft home, off-price channel. This position requires collaboration and coordination with production development and sales, as well as with customers.
Design categories include: Top of bed, sheeting, bath towels, bath rugs, shower curtains, blankets, throws and decorative pillows.
Candidate must love to innovate, collaborate and push design standards when it comes to brand development and packaging.
Candidates should be creative and capable of developing as well as communicating designs and corrections to factories abroad. An ideal candidate should be very organized and capable of working quickly and precisely. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
Required Skills
Physical Demands: Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Must have the ability to lift and carry small to medium parcels, packages and other items, and walk short distances.
