SALES SUPPORT (Temporary) Luxury Jewelry Brand - Tyson's

Our client, a luxury jewelry brand, is seeking temporary Sales Support for their Tyson’s location in McClean, VA. This is a full-time role expected to last approximately 2 months, starting immediately.

Job Responsibilities:

• Reconcile and count all inventory
• Ensure delivery, shrink level, and packaging procedures are carried out properly and efficiently
• Update the internal system and special order log with any repairs needed
• Answer telephone & route calls to the appropriate person
• Maintain the proper adherence to company policies, paperwork, and visual merchandising standards
• Provide outstanding and exceptional customer service by greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of Customer Service before, during and after sales client
• Provide recommendations that will provide an exceptional client experience
• Consistently achieve and/or exceed the monthly sales target, as directed by management.

Job Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in Operations in a customer service oriented role
• Experience in luxury preferred
• Strong Microsoft Outlook and Excel knowledge
• Ability to remain detail-oriented and adhere to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Availability and willingness to work on a full-time basis, including nights, holidays, and weekends
• Ability to communicate with clients and move freely about the store
