SALES OPERATIONS ANALYST

High Point Design, a leading design house located in the Garment District of Manhattan is seeking a Sales Operations Assistant. Our team is hardworking, efficient, and well-respected. We are looking for the right individual to enhance our team.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Sales & Planning teams to handle all tasks needed to ensure the success of the program
• Complete productions buys and supply information needed to produce goods
• Manage customer PO’s to ensure they are correct and processed accurately
• Generate/complete weekly reports in support of business objectives
• Create Items with in customer systems
• Track shipments from overseas and work with customer service to ensure PO’s are shipped in a timely manner
• Troubleshoot and find solutions for various issues

Qualifications:

Please note: Candidates who do not meet all the following qualifications will not be considered.

• 1 – 2 years’ experience, preferred in fashion
• Office computer skills (Microsoft Suite); Ability to learn company systems and tools
• Ability to meet deadlines and deliver accurate work
• Works well in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills: written and verbal
