SALES FLOOR STYLIST PART TIME OR FULL TIME

 

PART TIME OR FULL TIME SALES FLOOR STYLIST for Clothing and Home and Decor store in Greenpoint Brooklyn, work for one of Brooklyn's most coveted shops. We are currently fulfilling positions for Floor Stylists for our sales floors.

Opportunities: Immediate room for exposures and growth for preforming individuals:

 Shift Leaders, Management Levels, Assistant Merchandising and Buying, Strategy, Product Development and E-commerce Operations

  Floor Stylist Job Roles:

        A Passion for Personalized Clothing Styling/ Designer Knowledge / Interior Decoration Skills and Interior Design Knowledge

  • Providing a thorough positive experience while delivering product knowledge and outfitting suggestions and alternatives as identified
  • Recognize Client cues in order to assess their needs and enhance their experience
  • Seek and confidently communicate current Designer history and feature Knowledge to Clients
  • Contribute to a positive work environment
  • Meet Sales Goals
  • Uphold all Company Policies and Procedures
  • Maintain a high level of awareness and concern for loss prevention
  • Inquire if purchases are gifts that will be needed to wrapped
  • Maintain Cash Wrap organization, Shop’s overall cleanliness
  • Restocking and Receiving Inventory

Visual Merchandising:

  • Maintain a neat, clean, well presented Environment
  • Ensure Product is replenished, soil free and sized and folded appropriately
  • Daily cleaning

Drive for Results:

  • Achieve or exceed established daily Sales Goals
  • Actively participate and respond to styling coaching and overall performance feedback

Qualifications:

  • Must have 1 year plus of Independent Retailer for Clothing and/or Home Product
  • Creative, genuine, friendly, and enjoy working equally independently and closely with others
  • Must be able to multi task, have time management, problem solve and have strong communication skills.
  • Computer knowledge, Microsoft Excel & Word a must. Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat a plus.
  • Must have positive energy and be able to engage and provide Solutions for Client care
  • Punctuality
  • Must be available weekends

Job Type: Part Time or Full Time /1- 4 shifts per week/ weekend shifts required
