SALES COORDINATOR

Overview: The position manages specified accounts with independent shoe stores, specialty stores and major department stores.

Major Qualifications (include but are not limited to):
* Enter and check customer orders into system
* Coordinate delivery of goods based on production schedules and order requirements
Responsible for keeping up to date on route guides and special customer instructions
* Communication with accounts, sales representatives and various internal departments
* Ensure samples are sent in a timely manor and determine if rework is required in order to ship ,
* Run reports, analyze information, and make recommendations

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* 1-3 years experience
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
