Sales Coordinator

 

People's Project LA is seeking a Sales Coordinator for our rapidly growing apparel brand.

Busy and fast paced fashion buying agency seeks motivated, enthusiastic, self-starting account executives to start as soon as possible.We are a buying agency and women's fashion brand that is growing immensely! Based in Downtown LA's fashion district, we're thriving as a small and quickly developing company. Our team is hard-working and friendly and supports key factors within our culture. Our environment encourages all of our team members to give input on style out meetings, voice opinions, and create ideas for the betterment of company.

Client Management-researchnew clients

-maintain client store profiles

-manage distributionOrder Management

-ensure all appointments are fixed-follow through each client appointment and ensure selection satisfactory

-ensure all orders checked and entered into our sales order system-communicate all cancelled styles to clients

-Send out order confirmations promptly after each order is placed In Season Order Management

-communicate ATS availability to clients and drive in season additional sales

-process and track re-orders-manage,track and maintain visibility on all RAs,swaps and defective items Sales Budget Management

-responsible to hit seasonal budgets

-coordinate sample shippingReporting

-collect sell-out information from major accounts to compile in International Monthly sell

-out report

-produce sell-in info(best-selling styles) end market to compile in International end market report Product Information

-create product knowledge and training materials for client

-conduct seminars in liaison with Design and Merchandising team

 

Requirements/Qualifications:

-Minimum of 4-8 year's of experience with major department and specialty stores

-Proven track record of sales and prior strong relationship with buyers and assortment planning

-Must be proficient in retail math with sell-through analysis and gross margin calculations

-Available for extensive travel

-Strong organizational and analytical skills

-Strong computer skills. Must be able to compile large volumes of data on a spreadsheet with a high degree of accuracy so proficient in Excel-Detail oriented

-College degree preferred

-Must have a car to travel to road appointments

-Must be able to travel occasionally
