SALES ASSOCIATE / Customer Service

We are currently seeking a dynamic, self-motivated individual who has an interest in fashion and accessories to be part of our retail team. As a retail sales associate at MZ Wallace, you will be supporting the management team to achieve our company's goals by providing a positive shopping experience for our customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
- Maximizing sales at all opportunities and providing a friendly and welcoming environment
- Communicating effectively with customers to determine needs
- Demonstrating ways to increase personal and store productivity
- Support high level of customer service through in depth product knowledge
- Provide additional customer service for corporate office
- Processing sales transactions, phone orders, exchanges, refunds
- Ensuring ease of customer shopping experience through visual presentation and overall store maintenance
- Participating in all merchandising activities including, but not limited to: daily stock maintenance, product transfers, merchandising, and floor changeovers
- Maintaining a professional appearance and manner consistent with established company guidelines
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1 – 2 years retail sales experience
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication
- Strong planning and organizational skills with a sense of priority for deadlines and attention to details
- Ability to recognize and react to changing work demands
- Goal oriented: ability to stay focused on creating goal-driven results
- Dedication to high levels of Customer Service and Sales Productivity
- Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with management, customers and co-workers
- Must have flexibility and availability for scheduling
