SALES ASSISTANT, Swimwear

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Manage Target’s partners online; Initiate and maintain item
set up on IMN/PIM, PO monitoring, updating pricing etc.

* Operate Merch IQ on Partners online to obtain analytical
reports, track sales, inventory and make recommendations on
replenishment orders.

* Order entry and follow through (MUOs)

* Ensure all manual orders are entered accurately

* Ensure receipt of order distributions from customers and
validate EDI orders. Notify sales of any discrepancies

* Maintain open order reports – modify dates as needed with
approval of sales and the customer

* Communicate with purchasing to provide sales with accurate
updates, changes, delivery dates, revisions, etc.

* Communicate with sales coordinators to ensure timely
allocation and shipment of all orders

* Track purchase orders / ITs - maintain detailed log of all
orders

* Special projects (RFID, converting inventory, break pre-packs
etc)

* RMA entry

* Assisting in appointments and sales presentations to clients

* Create sales tools to be sent to customers and also used
during appointments - using jpegs and CAD’s

* Manage showroom samples

* Generate inventory availability and UPC reports

* Manage backorders

* Monthly and yearly forecasting reports

* Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines

* Administrative duties

* Keep abreast of competitive selling information; comp analysis

* Attend SAF trade show in July
