Sales Assistant

Position:

Entry level position as a Sales Assistant with an established and growing company. This position would be to support key account executives on major account management. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Key Responsibilities:

• Run Open orders and assist sales executives with order management
• Assist in preparation for and attend meetings with major retailers
• Work directly with customer service to ensure orders are shipping in a timely manner
• Run ATS for multiple brands/categories and distribute as necessary
• Manage all retailer concerns including questions about product availability and shipping
• Support sales team on budget reports and weekly sales projections
• Forecasting sales analysis and sell through reporting
• Assist with product buys and special projects as needed
• Additional customer service tasks as necessary
  

Requirements:

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Basic retail math
• Ability to work and strive in a fast paced growing environment
• Some travel required
