SALES ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

  • Fast growing Consumer Products Company located in downtown Manhattan is looking for a person to aid the VP of Sales
  • Provides administrative support to the sales department including creating memos, handling correspondence, generating reports and other documents as necessary, and managing sample distribution to customers.
  • Organize sales presentations and ensure all sales presentation materials are prepared  for deadlines.
  • Work with the sales team in preparing for conference calls and presentations to prospects

Skills:

  • Acute attention to detail; accuracy and thoroughness and monitors own work to ensure quality
  • Strong organizational skills, able to manage priorities and workflow
  • Key technical skills include proficiency with the Microsoft suite of office products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • An aptitude for presentation design is a strong plus
  • Candidate should have a basic understanding of consumer electronics
  • Two plus years of experience in a similar role is required, as is an associate’s degree or higher.
