Fast growing Consumer Products Company located in downtown Manhattan is looking for a person to aid the VP of Sales
Provides administrative support to the sales department including creating memos, handling correspondence, generating reports and other documents as necessary, and managing sample distribution to customers.
Organize sales presentations and ensure all sales presentation materials are prepared for deadlines.
Work with the sales team in preparing for conference calls and presentations to prospects
Acute attention to detail; accuracy and thoroughness and monitors own work to ensure quality
Strong organizational skills, able to manage priorities and workflow
Key technical skills include proficiency with the Microsoft suite of office products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
An aptitude for presentation design is a strong plus
Candidate should have a basic understanding of consumer electronics
Two plus years of experience in a similar role is required, as is an associate’s degree or higher.
