SALES ADMIN / CUSTOMER SERVICE - Room for growth / Reports Direct To Owner

Highly Motivated - High Energy - Organized Customer Service/Data Entry Person wanted for Fast Paced Womens Clothing Company

Duties will include but not limited to:

• Helping customers on the phone and email with orders, returns and other issues
• Order entry and invoicing
• Assisting owner with projects
• Maintaining and updating customer databases

Qualities of the ideal Customer Service candidate:

• Very detail oriented
• Ability to multitask
• Experience with Excel / Word is preferred but not mandatory.
• Exceptional follow up
• Works quickly, efficiently and double checks work for errors
• Works well under pressure and understands deadlines
