SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - Women’s Lingerie / Sportswear

OVERVIEW:

Main job purpose:

The position is responsible for the management and development of some of Hanky Panky's key Department Store, Specialty Stores, Omni channel and Pure Play Online accounts

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Partner with the VP of North American Sales to create and execute seasonal business plans and proposed 
assortments that align with the company's vision

• Develop and implement strategy and initiatives, partnering with retailers, to achieve mutual top line sales and gross margin goals 

• Identify and communicate sales opportunities & risks to peer group and to Executive Team

• Manage all facets of the retailer's OTB, inventory goals and financial top and bottom line performance

• Analyze retail & competitive trends to develop focused action plans for key accounts and the Company

• Support all aspects of order management with Customer Service, including processing of fashion and replenishment orders,managing orders with accounts, production and the warehouse, ensuring orders are delivered on time to accounts

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships 

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

• A minimum of 5 years experience building fashion brands for Department stores, Specialty and Omni channel accounts

• A passion for the business of fashion

• Proven expertise in driving revenue through strategic based growth initiatives 

• An analytical mind set with strong retail math and planning skills

• Strong written communication and verbal skills

• The ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment

• A track record of superior customer relations and customer service follow up

• A college degree in business, merchandising or a related major
