Responsible for driving sales and nurturing a mutually profitable business relationship within an assigned account base by setting and implementing strategies that support the Josie Natori brands
Oversee account base management from writing initial market orders, in-season account maintenance, to end-of-season profit reconciliation
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage sales of individual accounts: analyze sales/stock performance on a weekly basis, suggest re-orders and margin building opportunities, monitor replenishment styles and communicate changes to the company model as needed
Write retailer buys (pre-market) based on merchandising direction and account needs to maximize in store presentation
Receive and confirm all orders. Work with each account to communicate any delivery delays and PO extensions that may be required
Help drive sales at retailers: provide product knowledge through product seminars and sales collateral, plan and execute sales incentive contests
Work with each account to maximize retailer profitability to achieve gross margin plan, monitor retailer giveback on a seasonal basis and ensure that the percent giveback is in line with the corporate plans
Develop business plans by account that achieve corporate sales and profit goals
For E-commerce accounts, work with SRS/Showroom Manager and Merchandising to order and send necessary SRS for retailer photo shoots and to provide requested copy information
Plan and participate in seasonal trade shows. Work with respective parties to plan booth lay-out, marketing posters and appointment bookings

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 3 years of experience in wholesale sales.
Previous experience working with high end department stores and ecommerce accounts a plus.
