RETAIL SALES SUPPORT - Luxury Womenswear (Flagship store on Madison Ave)

Luxury womenswear brand is currently seeking full time/part time sales associate at the flagship store on Madison Avenue.  The candidate must have high-end retail experience and can provide an atmosphere of exceptional employee morale and impeccable customer service.  Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment and have strong communication skills. 

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Generating and maximizing sales
• Properly executing the register functions
• Familiar with product details, pricing and availability at all times.
• Merchandising and maintenance of sales floor to company standards
• Shipping and receiving (able to lift 50lbs +)
• Maintaining stockroom and inventory control
• Maintaining high standards of efficient housekeeping of the store image
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures
• Abiding by all company policies and procedures

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Minimum of 2 years of retail experience in luxury womenswear
• Flexibility with the schedule
• Strong organization and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Computer knowledge a plus (word and excel)
