Sales and operation
- Monthly sales target - plan and execute action plans to achieve
- Productivity – improve productivity
- Business – understand customer profile and store profile
- Store Management - coach the stores to keep highest standards of retail working environment and efficient ways of working such as manage working schedule, employee turnover and all operation woks in the stores
- Competitors - aware of the competitor activity
- Branding – share the vision and value of the brand
- Partnership – align with other departments and lead
Lease
- Legal consultation on draft of lease contract with external legal counsel
- Partnership with key partners - good relationship with Department stores
- Establish action plan based on sales budget, margin, store size, concept, floor and store environment
- Update competitor information and market trends
Staffing and developing
- Staffing - recruit right talent and develop them (HR supports the recruiting)
- Developing- appraise staff’s performance and provide an opportunity to develop
