RECRUITING COORDINATOR
Our client in the retail fashion industry located in midtown Manhattan is hiring a contract Recruiting Coordinator to support their Talent Acquisition team.
Responsibilities:
- Post open positions on company’s site and external career sites
- Coordinate and schedule phone, onsite, and web-based interviews
- Provide timely communication and counsel to recruiters, hiring teams, and candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Provide interview team members with appropriate materials to effectively interview and manage candidates
- Actively source for candidates for open positions
- Create and maintain an interview scheduling log ensuring that all interviews are efficiently tracked
- Managed multiple calendars via Microsoft Outlook
- Draft offer letters
- Generate recruitment related reports
- Other related responsibilities as per business needs
Required Skills:
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar capacity, from a similar industry
- Bachelor Degree
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel and Outlook
- Experience using Applicant Tracking System(s)
