The role of the receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for the company and will provide administrative and clerical tasks. The right candidate will ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
Responsibilites:
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
- Answer and forward incoming phone calls
- Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
- Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments
- Assist CEO and managers with administrative and clerical functions
- Ensure shipment is sent out at timely manner
Requirements:
- High school diploma generally required
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical tasks
- Knowledge of computers
- Customer service experience
- Verbal and communication skills required
- Highly organized, able to work efficiently and in a timely manner
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
