RECEPTIONIST - Leading eCommerce Company
Our client, a leading eCommerce company, is seeking a Receptionist for its Hoboken, NJ location. This person will be responsible for representing the brand from the first moment clients and customers walk in.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain an organized and beautiful lobby/reception area
- Greet guests and provide them with excellent service; alert the appropriate staff when guests arrive
- Assist with check-in, visitor badges, and parking validations
- Implement and test ideas for a better reception experience through surveys, asking for feedback, etc.
- Handle all mailing duties
- Manage security practices
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a business field is preferred
- 1+ years of front desk, administrative, or receptionist experience
- Working knowledge of MS Excel
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Proven customer service and guest service success
